Over 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry, John formed AMI which began as Allied Medical Inc. a start-up company engaged in selling medical products to the home medical market in respiratory equipment market from garage to multi-distribution centers throughout the US. While there he led the development of a line of products in respiratory and durable medical equipment private labeling those products into the market. Divesting that company in 1996 to McKesson. In 2002 John led a group of investors in forming Neo Genomics a biotech company in Fort Myers Florida taking it public in 2002 with a current market value of $2B. John also led the investment of Arcadia in 2003, took the company public in 2004 as its Chairman and CEO through 2007, growing the core business to more than $125 million. John has led a number of large transactions with companies including Doubleday Bros. & Co, Fidlar and Chambers, Standard Automotive, National Distribution and Contracting, and other services as a Board member. John is a graduate of Lawrence Technological University with a B.S. in Business Administration, presently a leadership member of the universities Accelerator for Healthcare companies.
