Siddharth Lagisetty serves as Manager of Venture Development & Analytics at Centrepolis Accelerator, where he supports hardtech and advanced manufacturing startups. In his role, he works with entrepreneurs and small-to-mid-sized manufacturers to sharpen business models, evaluate market opportunities, and build detailed pro forma financial models that guide strategy and fundraising. He also manages the venture analytics that inform investment decisions and track program performance.

Sid holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Earlier in his career, he spent over five years in project management and operations, building a strong foundation in execution and cross-functional leadership. He is passionate about helping technical founders scale their businesses, combining strategic insight, financial expertise, and hands-on support to bridge the gap between innovation and commercialization.
