
Amy held various positions in Ford Motor Company Product Development for 33 years. She launched the Transit in Genk, Belgium as Electrical PMT Leader. She then launched several Lincoln programs in the US. She began senior leadership roles as Electrification Manager for Focus Electric and C-Max, introduced the first all-electric Focus HMI at the 2011 Consumer Electronics Show keynote. She developed and launched the first Lincoln in China as the Assistant Chief Program Engineer for Lincoln Corsair in partnership with ChongAn Ford (CAF), Chongqing, China. Other notable senior positions Amy held were Global EDS & Power Supply Chief Engineer, Interim Director EESE, and Executive Director ADAS Operations while launching Ford’s hands-free driving system, BlueCruise. Most recently, Garby has been Executive Director, Technical Program Management. Garby holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technical University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Wayne State University.
