With more than 30 years of professional experience, Heather has built a career grounded in operational excellence, business administration, and organizational leadership. Beginning as an administrative assistant, she developed a strong foundation in business operations, process improvement, and executive support while successfully owning and operating her own business.

Drawing on her entrepreneurial experience and extensive operational expertise, Heather advanced into executive leadership, where she now serves as Vice President of Operations. In this role, she oversees organizational operations, financial and grant administration, compliance, process development, and strategic initiatives that support organizational growth and operational effectiveness.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement, Heather is passionate about creating efficient systems, strengthening organizational performance, and supporting teams in achieving their goals. Her diverse background provides a unique perspective that combines hands-on business experience with executive-level operational leadership.
