John van Saders is currently President of Auxilus Systems where he helps companieswith product development, technology introduction, program management, andbusiness systems. He assists teams bridge the gap between searching for a businessmodel and scaling up execution.

John was the former CEO of Duet Microelectronics and COO at Anadigics. In additionto executive and operational roles, he has over 30 years experience in businessdevelopment, hardware products development, process development, quality, mixedsignal design, CAD, and foundry.

John earned a MSEE (Communication Theory) from NJIT and holds a BS (OpticalPhysics) from Stevens Institute of Technology. He has several patents in circuit designand optical processing, and is the author of "The Maker Project Canvas" book, as wellas a numerous technical publications.
