Kellie Lindsay is an engineering‑trained innovation strategist who helps hardware and industrial technology companies turn technical insight into commercial traction. She has built her career at the intersection of engineering, strategy, and market execution - leading cross‑functional teams to launch new products, enter new markets, and drive growth across the automotive, manufacturing, and mobility sectors.
Kellie previously served as Director of Strategic Partnerships at Autotech Ventures, where she advised Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs on venture strategy, technical scouting, and innovation best practices. She supported more than 20 corporate partners, developing frameworks and outreach programs that sharpened strategic focus and accelerated deal flow.
Through her firm, High Potential Products LLC, Kellie now works with corporations and startups to refine go‑to‑market strategies, build structured scouting capabilities, and use marketing as a strategic lever for business development. Her work blends strategic foresight with operational discipline, supporting founders, corporate innovation teams, and commercialization leaders.
Kellie serves on the Board of the Automotive Women’s Alliance Foundation (AWAF) and is a former President of the organization. She is also part of the leadership team for the Global Automotive & Mobility Innovation Challenge (GAMIC) and a member of the inaugural GEM Global Epicenter of Mobility Leadership Cohort. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy.
