Riley is the Program Director at Centrepolis Accelerator, where he leads strategic initiatives to support startups and small businesses in scaling their innovations. He manages a diverse portfolio of clients, providing hands-on guidance and connecting them with key resources, including funding, manufacturing partners, and technical support. In addition to program development and execution, Riley oversees all marketing and communications efforts for the accelerator, driving brand visibility and engagement. 

Riley plays a pivotal role in vetting and onboarding new companies, fostering partnerships with investors and industry leaders, and ensuring program impact aligns with Centrepolis' mission. Riley holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Advertising with a general business minor from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University.
