Roland worked with NextEnergy for 8 years vetting technologies and assisting entrepreneurs and established companies as they entered the Alternative Energy, Energy Efficiency, and other “Green” technology areas.

Roland has over 30 years of experience with Delphi Automotive Systems in the area of product development and applications. He has worked with a wide range of products and technologies within the automotive industry.

Roland received his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from General Motors Institute (now Kettering University) and holds a Masters in EE from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan (Flint).
