Tim Frasier is an accomplished engineering and mobility sector executive with a Master’s degree in Engineering. He is the Founder and President of The Frasier Group LLC, a management and business consulting firm specializing in electronics, software, semiconductors, and high-volume manufacturing. Before establishing The Frasier Group, Tim dedicated 32 years to Bosch LLC, where he most recently served as President for Bosch North America’s Cross-Domain Computing division. In this role, he led engineering, sales, marketing, quality, and financial operations—driving strategic growth and ensuring alignment with company and customer expectations. Tim’ design and production foundations were built during his time as product development engineer for both General Motors and Ford Motor Company.

Tim’s expertise lies in building innovation-driven enterprises deeply connected to market and customer needs. He currently serves as a Mobility Advisor on Real Time Innovations (RTI) Advisory Board, providing strategic insights to advance the industry.
