Jeremy's career highlights include forming the automotive division of Amsted Industries as President of Amsted Automotive Group, where he brought together 4 companies and then managed 21 facilities across multiple countries. He successfully integrated acquisitions, initiated electric vehicle product strategies, and won awards for electrified vehicle solutions. Jeremy's leadership at Ricardo PLC, a global engineering consultancy, was foundational experience in technology management and the introduction of new technologies for clients. He led a successful financial turnaround of the North American operations, and he played a key role in expanding the company's product offerings into hybrid propulsion, electric vehicles, transmissions, control and electronics and advanced vehicle engineering for passenger, commercial and defense vehicles.

Other career experience includes Global Vice President at TREMEC SA DE CV where the company was repositioned the company as a leader in "Torque Transfer Solutions" and secured high-value contracts, including a significant contract with a major commercial vehicle and LV OEM’s.
