From Humble Beginnings

P3 North America was formed eleven years ago by three university students who believed that through strategic engineering, they could create and implement innovative business solutions across the world’s largest industries. To One of the Tech Hotspots in the Country

In 2015, P3 Group in NA had outgrown their 11,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Troy and made the move to a 25,000 sq. ft. facility in Southfield—one of the top cities in the country in which to start a business. The company knew it wanted to create an environment that was unique and provided employees with a workspace that generated an innovative, enjoyable and progressive vibe. The facility offers an open floor plan, with contemporary lines and furniture. The space is fun, energetic and inviting—providing wireless access throughout comfortable lounge areas, a game room, a fully stocked kitchen and a coffee bar. There are also many versatile meeting rooms used for private customer projects, ideation and brainstorm sessions, and general meetings. As P3 works to make waves in the autonomous vehicle technology, the P3 Mobility Innovation Center features new labs for testing and validation of mobility technologies such as geo-mapping, voice recognition and mobile device connectivity. Additionally, there is a full vehicle prototype and test garage for testing a variety of connected and autonomous features inside and outside of the vehicle.

This move to a new facility allowed P3 to not only cater to its employees and innovations, but also welcome customers and industry affiliates onsite for multiple events, putting them in the center of their business ecosystem. The P3 Mobility Innovation Center is located inside Southfield Centrepolis at 25650 W. 11 Mile Road. The best part of being a part of Centrepolis? Access! Southfield Centrepolis is located right in the middle of P3’s customer base, and central to the Detroit metro area, which empowers them to attract talent from Washtenaw, Macomb, Oakland, Monroe and Wayne counties. Their location is close to main expressways and other leading suppliers, providing easy access to a variety of restaurants, hotels, retail stores and the airport.
